Full Leather - 6 colourways

Our full leather is tanned using chromium salts, resulting in a softer and more supple leather compared to vegetable-tanned leather. Available in 6 colorways, this leather exudes a luxurious and modern appeal, making it a popular choice for those seeking a refined aesthetic. We use this for our Aurum Leather Notebook and Rutland Notebook ranges.

Vegetable Tanned Leather - 20 standard colourways and colour matching available

Vegetable-tanned leather is tanned using tannins extracted from vegetable matter, such as tree bark prepared in bark mills. This traditional method of tanning results in a smooth, durable and firm leather. Our standard range includes 6 Classic, 7 Pastel and 7 Bright colours. However, as we hand dye this leather using either Aniline, spirit or pigment dyes, we can match practically any colour you desire for your journal. We use this leather for our Refillable Journals.

Printed Paper Over Board Covers 

We can also print your own bespoke design on paper to be used for board covers. It is then laminated with a very thin layer of protective plastic film (silk or gloss) making it durable and enhancing the appeal of the final notebook. You just have to share your bespoke design with us. We will always supply you proofs for your confirmation.

Printed Fabrics

We collaborate with fabric printers to offer the service of printing your designs onto fabric for use as covering material for books. We provide templates to ensure the design is perfectly positioned and we guide you on fabric options like weight and colour to create a flawless book cover. Your Own fabrics

We welcome the use of your own fabrics for creating bespoke notebooks. We usually make a sample to ensure the fabric is workable. Fabrics with minimal stretch are preferred to achieve the best results in making your unique and beautiful notebooks. Contact us to know more.
